This project introduced a new badge for ETO FC Győr following its return to the top league. I was involved in reinterpreting the club’s heritage and its relationship with the fan community, contributing to a design and brand repositioning where tradition and innovation are held in balance.

Challenge

The on-badge name has been simplified from ETO Győr to simply ETO, filling the shield with custom lettering, while the iconic diagonal line integrates proudly across the typography.

Identity

Through research into the club’s history and archives, we identified a pin badge from its most successful era as a key reference. The relief, both a symbol of victory and a tribute to the region’s agricultural heritage, was reinterpreted through multiple style explorations and refined into a form that enhances the clarity of the crest.
